Shipping and Delivery
There are different shipping methods available at: www.leandrastudio.com. In this regard, when making the payment, it will be indicated if one shipping method or another is chosen.
Delivery location
We currently despatch orders worldwide.
The price is set in Euro and does not include taxes and duties (DUA) that may be applicable to international shipments and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which are the responsibility of the customer in their country of residence.
Delivery terms and costs
If we have the wanted piece available, you will receive your order within 2 full business days.*
Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be administered from the following business day.
You will receive your order within 7 full business days

*Please note that if we do not have the desired piece it can take from 10 to 20 business days to be made, as all our pieces are handcrafted in our workshop in Barcelona.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, it shall be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been delivered at the time of signing the receipt at the given delivery address.
Leandra performs comprehensive monitoring of the purchase of the product from the time the order is placed until the delivery of the order. Therefore, before sending the product, Leandra checks its status and carries out a series of actions and tasks to ensure that the product is delivered in perfect condition. The product handling process will at all times be recorded by audiovisual means for the best guarantee of the Buyer.
Such actions and tasks may be disclosed to the buyer when the buyer communicates the loss or deterioration of the product.
In deliveries to countries outside the EEC and the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, delays such as customs formalities may occur, due to causes outside of the control of Leandra.
Inability to deliver
If after two attempts it has been impossible for us to deliver the order, we will contact you immediately. We will also leave a note indicating where the order is located and how to collect it.
If, 15 days after the order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement and we will consider it cancelled. As a result of the termination of the Agreement, we will refund the price paid for such products as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which the Agreement was terminated. In these cases, we will be authorised to recover the transport costs arising from the shipping.

Legal right to withdraw from the purchase
Under applicable regulations, if you are purchasing as a consumer, you may withdraw from the Agreement (except for personalised products) at any time within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the product.
Return period
In addition to the right of withdrawal legally granted to consumers and users and mentioned in the previous clause, we grant a period of 30 days from the date of Confirmation of Purchase to process the return.
To return the products, please contact us at the following email address: info@leandrastudio.com so that we can collect the product free of charge by courier. In this regard, you must return the product in the original packaging together with the receipt and the authenticity certificate.
As proof of return, we recommend that you always keep the courier's receipt as proof of the fact that you have delivered the package.
The management and sending of changes or returns that are made internationally are the responsibility of the customer and under his/her responsibility. Sending a quote from the transport service chosen by the customer will be required for prior acceptance by Leandra. Transport expenses will be paid freight collect by Leandra.
Once we have received and processed the return and it has been accepted by our Returns Department, we will issue the refund. The refund will be made as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we receive the package. The refund will always be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
Incorrect or defective product returns
If you consider that the product is not in accordance with the terms of delivery, or if you think that another product has been sent by mistake, please contact the Leandra Customer Service department by emailing: info@leandrastudio.com
