We offer free worldwide shipping.
All orders will be shipped from Spain with the correspondence insurance and tracking number from:
NACEX: National shipping (Spain)
FEDEX: International shipping

For all non-EU orders, local customs charges, which are not included in the free delivery, may apply. Also, this process of crossing borders may cause delays and is out of our control.

Spain: 1-10 days
Europe: 3-10 days
Rest of the world: 7-10 days

Returns

We offer free Returns and Exchanges.
On all our Leandra orders, we offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days after receipt.
If you wish to return or exchange, please contact us.

 

Note:
Jewels must be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged.
Amounts paid for My Leandra orders and engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us.
